I'm Robin Blumenthal.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my more than 20 years as an HR Executive it’s that getting varied professional experience early-on is critical to success in a competitive job market.

My own story began when I was a college student.  I worked hard to land my first internship with a high-profile fashion company, and after graduation was hired by GUESS? Inc, a position that turned into a 10-year role.  Then eventually established a successful career as a VP of Human Resources.

During my career working for Fortune 500 organizations, I’ve partnered with executives to develop top talent and embedded it within organizations, defined organizational structure and lead recruiting searches. I’ve spent my career identifying top talent and matching qualified individuals to roles that complement their skill set.  

Now I’m bringing my passion for coaching & mentoring to young professionals like you, who are ready for a different kind of job search experience. Helping you realize your true potential. And land the job.
